“On Q” hails from mid-western Ontario. They first got together as a group, in September of 2006 in Walkerton, Ontario. Canada. The members of the quartet had previously sung together in the ‘Singer Christmas Tree’, which performs each December at the Presbyterian Church in Walkerton.

The close harmony style of “On Q” is carried throughout their repertoire, but they enjoy singing many genre of music, from 50’s - 60’s doo wop sounds to gospel and barbershop, contemporary country and folk songs.

The group sings mainly a cappella but occasionally use guitar, mandolin and percussion to help them re-create the sounds of the past, in their own unique way.

The new association has brought a great deal of joy and laughter into their musical lives and they make this evident in their on stage performances.
